Individual Therapy

  Individual therapy is an opportunity for you to work collaboratively together with a psychologist to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours in a safe and supportive setting. Psychology is a way of addressing problems by talking them through with someone who, whilst supportive, is not directly involved in the situation. Therapy provides an opportunity to develop an emotional toolbox to help cope and manage some of the emotions that come along with life’s challenges.

To help you, we use evidence-based therapy practices, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution Focused Therapy.

Here at Lively Lifestyles Psychology we work with adults and children aged 0-5. While we have a keen interest  in perinatal mental health, and children's behaviour and mental health, we also treat clients with:
