Supervision
Alongside my clinical work, I offer professional supervision to psychologists and other mental health clinicians. I’m particularly passionate about creating a supportive, thoughtful space where clinicians can reflect on their work, build confidence, and grow in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their values.
While my current clinical focus is within the fertility and perinatal mental health landscape, my professional background is broad and varied. I’ve previously worked across private practice, aged care, disability services, and school settings. These experiences continue to inform how I think about clinical work, professional identity, and the systems that shape both client care and clinician wellbeing.
My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and relational. I aim to balance practical skill development with making space for the emotional impact of therapeutic work. I enjoy working with clinicians who are drawn to fertility, perinatal, and relational work, and who value depth, curiosity, and ethical practice. Supervision with me is a space to ask questions, think deeply, and feel supported - not judged.
I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, Schema Therapy, mindfulness-based strategies, and relational therapies. Rather than taking a prescriptive approach, I tailor supervision to each clinician’s needs, interests, and stage of professional development.
If you’re looking for supervision that feels warm, thoughtful, and grounded in lived clinical experience, I’d love to hear from you and explore whether working together feels like a good fit.
