Women's Counselling

Individual therapy is a space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours in a safe and supportive environment. It’s a collaborative process - a chance to talk things through with a psychologist who is compassionate and objective, but not personally involved in your situation.

Psychology offers tools to better understand yourself and to work through challenges in a way that feels manageable and meaningful. Through therapy, you can build an “emotional toolkit” to help you cope with life’s difficulties and navigate change with greater confidence.

We use a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your needs - including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

We work with adults aged 18 and over. While we have a special interest in fertility and perinatal mental health, we also support clients across a wide range of concerns, including:
